Julianne Howard

Julianne Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relations and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Global Technical Talent since March 2024, Julianne previously held various positions at Spectraforce Technologies from May 2012 to February 2024, including Sr. Director of Client Relations, Director of Client Relations, and Associate Director of Client Relations. At Spectraforce, a prominent diversity-owned staffing firm, Julianne excelled in fostering client relationships. Earlier in the career, Julianne was a Sales and Marketing Representative at ClearDefense, LLC from January 2010 to June 2012 and began in the industry as a Client Service Associate Intern, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and managing onboarding processes. Julianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a high school diploma from Greensboro Day School.
