Ron Peace has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron started their career as a designer at Fetz Engineering in 1978 and then moved on to General Motors as a Senior Designer specializing in interior trim components. At General Motors, they developed a data storage solution that saved the company $220K annually. Ron then joined Fibercraft Descon as a CAD Manager, overseeing the acquisition of General Motors CAD applications and managing a CAD operation. Ron later joined Lear Corporation as a Staffing Resource Manager, responsible for managing operations and human resources for 720 Lear Tech hourly employees. Ron also served as the Area Manager for Professional and Technical Staffing Services at Kelly Services, where they had strategic and P&L responsibilities. Currently, Ron is working at GTA Professional Staffing, initially as a Senior Account Executive and later promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations.
Ron Peace completed their high school education at Hazel Park High School from 1974 to 1977. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management at Northwood University from 1999 to 2001.
