Rich Byrnes

Rich Byrnes has over 35 years of professional experience in the IT and consulting industries. In 1983, they started their career as a staff consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, where they were promoted to Managing Associate in 1989. After a two-year hiatus in 1985-87 to work at a client, they joined Swank, Inc. in 1992 as Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2000, they joined IBM as Director of Americas IT Strategy & Middleware Services, and then became IT Services Financial Services Sector Executive and IT Services Industrial Sector Executive. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President of Integrated Technology Services at IBM. In 2014, they joined Global Technology Solutions Group (GTSG) as Vice President of Strategy & Development, and also became Industry Vice President at Novitex Enterprise Solutions.

Rich Byrnes received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting from Stonehill College in 1982. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco from 1973 to 1977. In 1988, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Suffolk University.
