Radosław Cybulski

Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support in implementing reforms for EU countries. Tomasz holds a significant voluntary position as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, supporting academic and professional development. Previous roles include work with the European Defence Agency, European External Action Service, Network PL, and various positions within the European Commission. Tomasz holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.
