Margaret Lange

Margaret Lange is an experienced professional in compliance and training, currently serving as a Course Instructor at Global Training Center since August 2025 and as an Adjunct Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Margaret held the position of Compliance Director at M.E. Dey & Co. from July 2018 to September 2025, and spent over a decade at Kohl's Department Stores in various roles including Sr. Manager of Import Compliance. Margaret's career began at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as an International Logistics Analyst and includes experience as an International Account Representative at Smith & Nephew. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communications from Alverno College, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
