Heeral Shah is the Associate Director for Sales Excellence & Operations at Global University Systems since January 2019. Prior to this role, Heeral held various positions at London School of Business and Finance, including Head of Recruitment, Team Leader, Senior Programme Consultant, and Programme Consultant. As a key member of the sales team, Heeral has been responsible for managing internal sales teams, driving productivity improvements, designing effective processes, and ensuring quality service delivery. Through training and accurate sales documentation, Heeral has played a crucial role in the growth and success of the sales function within the organizations.
