Jigna Mazmudar

Jigna Mazmudar has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. Jigna began their career as an HR Executive at Finar Chemicals Ltd. in 2009, where they were responsible for recruitment, salary negotiations, and related coordination with employees. In 2011, they joined Italia Group as an HR Executive, where they were responsible for recruitment, induction, and preparing offers, appointments, transfers, and appraisals. In the same year, they were promoted to Senior HR Executive at P & K Infocom Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for preparing offers, appointments, transfers, appraisals, new joinee introduction, joining formalities and documentation, preparing and circulating various policies across the organization, maintaining and circulating monthly performance or KRA to all employees, and maintaining HR MIS and employee master database. In 2014, they moved to Xphere India Group as a Senior Executive - HR, where they were responsible for recruitment, appointment, and confirmations. Finally, in 2016, they became an HR Manager at Global Vincitore, where they were responsible for recruitment and appointment and confirmations.

Jigna Mazmudar attended V R Shah School from 2005 to 2009 and earned a secondary degree in Mathematics. Jigna also attended H B Kapadia New High School from 1999 to 2000 and earned a higher secondary degree in Accountancy.
