Julie Costa

Julie Costa has been working as a Freelance Writer at Wilkie Communications since 2003. Prior to that, Julie served as the Volunteer Manager at Global Volunteers since August 1994. Julie also worked as the Development and Special Events Coordinator at NAACP Suburban Branch from 1991 to 1993. Julie holds a BA in Media Communications/Public Relations from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
