Muzammil Bharadia has a comprehensive background in accounting, having worked with Global Volunteers, UnitedHealth Group, Tax Shop, and Kurawa Industries Ltd in various accounting roles. With expertise in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax filing, and financial analysis, Muzammil has also served as a Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant, handling budgeting, internal controls, audit processes, and liaising with tax authorities. Additionally, Muzammil has experience in auditing and VAT/income tax return preparation from previous roles at Nitin Pandya & Co. Muzammil holds a Bachelor's Equivalent in Accounting from ACCA and an Associate of Science in Business Computer Systems and Management from North Hennepin Community College.

Global Volunteers is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-governmental organization engaging short-term volunteers on micro-economic and human development programs in close partnership with local people worldwide. Working at the invitation and under the direction of local leaders, volunteers help create a foundation for world peace through mutual international understanding. Since 1984, Global Volunteers has engaged over 35,000 volunteers around the world on a variety of projects, including teaching, childcare, medical, community development, and construction and renovation. Volunteers can choose to volunteer from one to three weeks in the following locations: China, the Cook Islands, Cuba, Ecuador, Greece, Italy, Nepal, Peru, Poland, Portugal, St. Lucia, Tanzania, USA, and Vietnam.
