Senior Water & Climate Resilience Specialist at Global Water Partnership

Anjali Lohani is a seasoned professional in water resources management and climate resilience, currently serving as a Senior Water & Climate Resilience Specialist and Senior Network Specialist for East Africa & South Asia at the Global Water Partnership since October 2017. Prior experience includes roles at The World Bank as a Water Resources Management Specialist, contributing to projects in Africa and South Asia from January 2013 to September 2017, and serving as a Transboundary Waters Research Fellow at the Harvard Water Security Initiative. Anjali's background also includes positions as a Water Resources Policy Analyst with the Asian Development Bank and an Environmental Engineer at Gradient Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration in International Development with a focus on Development Economics and Water Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from Harvard University. Anjali's early education was completed at Budhanilkantha School in Kathmandu, Nepal, achieving Cambridge A-Level qualifications.
