Mandy Nelson

Mandy Nelson is an experienced finance and billing professional with a strong background in utility and revenue management. Currently serving as an Account Clerk III at the City of Phoenix since September 2018, Mandy focuses on water utility billing. Additionally, Mandy has held the position of Revenue Analyst at Global Water Resources since September 2013 and previously worked as a Sales Account Manager at GAME from December 2012 to September 2013. Mandy's educational background includes studies at Grand Canyon University from 2010 to 2012 and graduation from Mountain Ridge High School in 1999.
