Vince Spaeth

Vince Spaeth has an extensive work experience in the water treatment industry. Vince has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Global Water Technology, Inc. since January 2023 and previously held the position of Executive Vice President from January 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, Vince worked at ChemTreat, where they held various leadership roles including Retired Executive Director - Global Leader from May 2018 to October 2019, Executive Director Primary Metals - Global Business Leader from June 2014 to May 2018, Business Unit Director Primary Metals & Power Industries from February 2012 to June 2014, and Director of Sales and Marketing for Primary Metals Industry from October 2003 to February 2012. Before joining ChemTreat, they were the President of the Industrial Division at Mitco, Inc. from February 2002 to March 2003. Vince started their career at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager & Primary Metals Industry Manager from 1982 to 2002.

Vince Spaeth holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
