Chris Klick

Chris Klick has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris began their career as a Patent Agent at Baker Botts in 2000 and later joined Microsoft as a Program Manager for a summer internship in 2003. In 2005, they worked as an Associate in Patent Analytics at Ocean Tomo before moving on to roles such as Marketing Consultant at Mint Software and IP Advisor, Senior IP Analyst at Innovaro from 2006 to 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior Intellectual Property Researcher at IP.com. Chris then took on the role of Associate at Blue Ridge Partners from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Foresight Science & Technology as a Senior Consultant before eventually transitioning to Global Wave Group, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Analyst and later became a Product Manager.

Chris Klick completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with Philosophy, from Rice University in 2000. Chris then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Chris also obtained a certification as a Registered Patent Agent from the USPTO in September 2001.
