René Alvarez

Mr. Alvarez is a graduate of Canisius College (BS in Accounting) and earned a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (LLB and JD degrees). He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1969. Mr. Alvarez is currently a director of Global WholeHealth Products, Corp. and has served from 2014 to the present.

Before joining the team, Mr. Alvarez spent two years in the United States Army where he rose to the rank of Captain and earned the Bronze Star while serving in Vietnam. After completing his military service, he joined Ford Motor Company in 1969 where he held several key executive positions including Senior Vice President of a Ford subsidiary. He retired from there in 1999, and afterwards joined LA Fitness International, LLC as their Corporate Vice President until he retired again in June 2011.

Mr. Alvarez also served as Chairman of the Board of the LL Knickerbocker Company, a major source of celebrity product marketing and distribution, and currently serves on the boards of Planet Electric, Inc., Whole Health Product, Inc., Las Vegas Cares, and Nevco. Co. Mr. Alvarez resides in Newport Beach, California.
