Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams currently serves as the Member Board of Directors at Ocean Energy Pathway, a not-for-profit offshore wind accelerator programme. Prior to this role, Rebecca was the Global Head of Offshore Wind at the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) and also served as the Director of COP26. With a background in policy and regulation, Rebecca previously held roles at RenewableUK, WWF-UK, Alan Whitehead MP, Which?, and Sainsbury's. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Bristol.
