Maddie Kiely Huerta is a seasoned professional in project and content management with significant experience in educational and instructional design. Currently serving as a Training Project Manager at the Global Wind Organisation since March 2024, Maddie previously excelled as a Content Project Manager at Cell-Ed from September 2017 to March 2024, where management of cross-team projects focused on essential skills training for underserved adult learners was pivotal. In addition, Maddie worked as a Senior Instructional Designer, creating accessible mobile learning experiences, and as a Contract Translator for the Archdiocese of Portland, aiding Spanish-speaking individuals in the annulment process. Earlier roles include Managing Editor of Spanish and bilingual publications at OCP. Maddie holds a Project Management Certification from Portland State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Portland.
