Evie Calder

Evie Calder is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Interim Co-Head of Strategic Communications and Senior Communications Advisor at Global Witness since February 2023. Previously, Evie worked at UCL from March 2019 to February 2023, holding several roles including Media Relations Manager for various faculties and Communications Officer in the Office of the Vice-Provost for Research. Evie co-founded Atlas & Ortus, an award-winning sustainable living brand, in December 2017, and has held various communications roles at organizations such as NSPCC, C40 Cities, and PEAS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Transnational Studies from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from the University of York.
