Penny Harrison

Penny Harrison is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator, currently serving as the Owner of Communicate Consultants, a firm dedicated to enhancing verbal communication for individuals and organizations since August 2005. In February 2024, Penny took on the role of Director and Lead Facilitator for the Activate Leadership Programme at Global Women, focusing on leadership development. Previously, Penny served as a Board Member and Chair at Takapuna Grammar School from May 2019 to December 2022 and was a Partner and Advisor at Hyre, a boutique recruitment business specializing in the digital and technology sectors, until September 2022. Notably, Penny held multiple leadership positions at Cato Brand Partners and McLay & Company, driving significant revenue growth and client relationship development. Penny began their career at BNZ, where a variety of leadership roles were undertaken, including Performance Manager and HR Business Partner. Penny holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
