Amy Welland is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in strategic people management across various sectors. Recent roles include People Director and interim Head of People at Global, and Head of HR for Media & Entertainment at ITV, where Amy held a Senior Business Partner position. With a background in coaching and collective consultation, Amy has also served as a Senior People Business Partner at Ofcom and as a People Advisor at Warehouse Fashions Ltd. Amy holds a BA Hons in Leisure and Sports Studies from Leeds Beckett University, further enhancing a robust skill set developed over nearly a decade in human resources.
