Lennith Vargas

Lennith Hernández Vargas is the Chief Knowledge Officer and Founder of Global AEA Colombia, a position held since June 2010, focusing on the operational structuring of the association and the design of programs that foster interaction within the community of Business Architects. Previously, from January 2012 to January 2013, Lennith served as the Chief Administrative Officer at DUX Business School and DUX Learning Center Iberoamerica, contributing to the development of educational units and establishing academic and corporate partnerships. Early experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Parque Tecnológico del Software, where responsibilities included office management, report generation, and the coordination of entrepreneurial niches. Lennith holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Effective Management and SME Management from Universidad del Valle.
