Jessica Svahnström

Jessica Svahnström has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica is currently working as a Talent Partner Lead at GlobalConnect since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Partner at the same company from December 2022 to April 2023. Before joining GlobalConnect, Jessica worked as a Talent Director at NoA - The North Alliance from September 2022 to December 2022. Jessica also has experience in in-house recruitment and employer branding roles at Columbus Sverige and iStone. In addition, Jessica has a gap year experience where they traveled around Australia. Jessica'searlier experiences include working in the employment department as a coach/government agent and as an HR generalist/recruiter at Nobina Sverige AB. Jessica served as a Gruppchef at Amnesty International Sweden from June 2010 to July 2011.

Jessica Svahnström obtained their Kandidatexamen in Personal, arbete och organisation from Stockholm University from 2012 to 2015. Jessica also has additional certifications in Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy, obtained in July 2018, and in Cut-e Tester och rekrytering from cut-e Group, obtained in 2014.
