Rikard Hjelm

Rikard Hjelm is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive leadership experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of ISP & Partner Relations at GlobalConnect since February 2022, Rikard also leads the Open Universe initiative. Previous roles include significant positions at Telenor, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Open Universe to Business Manager across various timeframes from December 2013 to January 2022. Additional experience includes management roles at AllTele AB, Ventelo Sverige AB, Telenor Sverige, and Telenor AB, along with earlier positions at Utfors Broadband AB and CODE Svenska AB.
