Andrew Day

Andrew Day is a Non-Executive Director at GlobalData. Andrew has extensive experience in the field of data and analytics and has held various senior positions at some of the biggest companies in the UK. Andrew started their career at Sainsbury's where they worked their way up to the position of Chief Data Officer. Andrew then moved to Telefonica UK Ltd, where they were responsible for Business Intelligence. After a stint at Orange UK as Head of Customer Development, they joined O2 as Head of CRM. Andrew spent nine years at O2, before moving to News UK as Business Intelligence Director/Chief Data Officer. Andrew is an expert in using data to transform organisations and deliver profitable growth.

Andrew Day attended The University of Salford, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Geography & GIS.
