Anshita Bhatia

Anshita Bhatia has a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Glamor export, where they supported the management team with onboarding and offboarding processes, conducted audits and administrative reviews, and maintained office organization. Anshita then moved on to Delphi Infosolutions Pvt Ltd as a Corporate Recruiter, where they generated candidate pools through advertisements, evaluated applicant credentials, and utilized social media and online platforms for recruitment. In 2021, Anshita worked as a High Volume Recruiter at INDRAPRASTHA LOGISTICS LIMITED, operating applicant tracking and candidate management systems and developing recruiting strategies. Anshita then transitioned to Fieldway marketing in 2022 as a Charity Fundraiser-Independent Contractor, planning and implementing fundraising events and building a network of potential donors. Most recently, they worked as a Recruiter at Vita HR Services, where they continued their recruitment responsibilities. Anshita's latest role is as a Recruiter at Globalfaces Direct, starting in 2023.

Anshita Bhatia began their education at Faith Academy, where they earned their High School Diploma specializing in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from 2015 to 2017. Anshita then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Art/Art Studies, General from Motilal Nehru College - University of Delhi between 2018 and 2020. In 2022, Anshita briefly attended Seneca College for a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Currently, they are enrolled at York University, where they are pursuing a degree in Public Relations/Image Management with a focus on Public Relations/Corporate Communications.
