Tess Bawa-an

Tess Bawa-an is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, business operations, and real estate investment. Currently serving as the Global Sales Enablement Manager at Xensam since September 2024, Tess has also maintained a successful career as a Self-Employed Real Estate Investor since November 2016. Tess has held various roles at Globalfaces Direct, including Sales Enablement Consultant, Operations Manager, HR Manager, Recruitment Specialist, and Sales Manager, contributing to the company's growth since November 2011.
