Bika Carter

Bika Carter has extensive work experience in the technology industry. They started their career at Intersil as a Product Engineer in 1998 before moving on to imec, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from 2000 to 2003. Bika then joined GlobalFoundries and held various roles including MTS and Manager of Business Development from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Chief of Staff to the CTO and later served as the Sr. Manager/Deputy Director of External R&D until 2020. Currently, Bika is the Director of External R&D at GF LABS in GlobalFoundries.

Bika Carter holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, also from North Carolina State University.
