Carolyne Shultes

Carolyne Shultes is a Senior Etch Process Engineer in the Front End of Line (FEOL) division at GlobalFoundries, with experience in technical engineering roles at GSK and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L.P. Previously, Carolyne served as a Technical Department Engineering Intern where responsibilities included authoring packaging instructions and improving system efficiency. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Clarkson University, research focused on desalinization in the Chemical Engineering Lab. Additional experience includes serving as a Voting Inspector and Early Election Safety Coordinator during the 2020 elections. Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an Advanced Regents Diploma with honors in Science and Mathematics from Middleburgh Junior Senior High School.
