Carsten Peters

Carsten Peters possesses extensive experience in technology and integration within the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Deputy Director of Technology & Integration at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since 2009. Peters has held several key positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including Principal MTS Technology & Integration and Senior MTS Technology & Integration. Prior experience includes roles at AMD from 2004 to 2009 as Senior Process Integration Engineer and Process Integration Engineer, as well as a stint at IBM as a Senior Integration Engineer. Additionally, Carsten Peters commenced a career at Fraunhofer FEP as a Scientist from 1997 to 2004.
