Dan Jaeger

Dan Jaeger is an accomplished Principal Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, with extensive experience in process integration for semiconductor technologies, particularly in FinFET derivatives. Key contributions include the development of advanced embedded memory technologies, high voltage FEOL devices, and driving BEOL process integration for ReRAM applications.
