FJ Colacino Jr., C.P.M. currently serves as the Global Supply Chain Leader at GlobalFoundries since May 2025, focusing on energy and indirect supply within the global supply chain group. Previously, FJ managed advanced sourcing at Plug Power from May 2022 to May 2025, overseeing a team of engineers for sourcing major components in the hydrogen ecosystem. FJ's procurement experience includes a managerial role at NYISO from February 2020 to May 2022 and a tenure at NRG Energy from March 2008 to February 2020 as Director of Supply Chain, directing activities for over 100 electric power generating facilities with expenditures exceeding $1 billion annually. Earlier roles include Global Sourcing Manager at SI Group and Purchasing Supervisor at Mobil Chemical Company, along with experience as a Production Supervisor at Corning Incorporated. FJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and has further education from GE Crotonville and The Wharton School.
