Gabriele Congedo

Gabriele Congedo is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Technology and Integration Engineer for MRAM and SRAM at GlobalFoundries since April 2017, where work focuses on 22FDX Technology. Prior to this, Gabriele was a Support Integration Engineer at imec, managing contamination strategies in clean rooms and contributing as a materials expert from August 2012 to August 2015. Gabriele also held post-doctoral researcher positions at imec, evaluating 3D SONOS Flash memory, and at CNR-IMM, focusing on the fabrication and characterization of TANOS Flash memories. Gabriele holds a PhD in Materials Engineering and an MSc in Materials Engineering from Università del Salento, complemented by multiple language certifications in Dutch and German.
