Haiting Wang

Haiting Wang is currently a Director at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, overseeing FIN FDX tech integration since 2024. Previously, they held positions as Deputy Director and Senior Manager at the same company, where they focused on FIN tech integration. With extensive experience in semiconductor research, Haiting worked as a Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and as a Principal at TSMC, contributing to R&D in device and integration technologies. They hold a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
