Jared Merchant

Jared Merchant currently serves as the Sr Section Manager for Safety and Emergency Response at GlobalFoundries since April 2024, following a career focused on occupational safety and health. Previous roles include Firefighter at the Milton Fire Department since June 2014 and various positions at Perrigo Company plc from January 2016 to April 2024, including Environment, Health and Safety Manager. Prior experience includes a Safety Specialist at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from December 2009 to September 2015 and Lead Carpenter at DEW Construction Corp. from March 2005 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and studies in Occupational Safety and Health Technology at Keene State College.
