Kendra Goudreau

Kendra Goudreau serves as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Leader and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at GlobalFoundries since July 2015. In this role, Kendra has successfully led a team of engineers and technicians, enhancing productivity and capacity in semiconductor manufacturing while implementing lean methodologies and fostering diverse leadership through initiatives like the Burlington Women’s group. Prior to this, Kendra was an IT Analyst at GlobalFoundries and held a position as Manufacturing/Client-Facing Engineer at IBM, where responsibilities included client engagement, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA from Champlain College, and a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
