Lauren Leddy

Lauren Leddy, CPCC, PCC, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Talent Development at GlobalFoundries, where responsibilities include shaping leadership capabilities and implementing a comprehensive talent development program. Previously, Lauren held various leadership roles at dentsu, culminating in the position of VP, Learning & Development, Coaching Practice Lead, where notable achievements included delivering coaching experiences to over 1,500 employees and launching the company's first onboarding workshop. Earlier experience at iProspect involved strategic HR support and talent initiatives during significant organizational growth. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northeastern University.
