Lynn Wang

Lynn Wang is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where Lynn Wang holds the title of Principal Member of the Technical Staff since 2022, following a progressive career that began in 2010. Lynn Wang has received multiple accolades, including the CEO Award and the VP Spotlight Award, and has expertise in machine learning for DFM applications, as well as optimizing layout designs through pattern- and rule-based CAD methods. Prior to GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Lynn Wang contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley's Berkeley Wireless Research Center and TCAD Group, focusing on circuit designs and performance variations. Lynn Wang earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
