Sam Cochrane

Sam Cochrane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Building Maintenance Technician at GlobalFoundries since September 2021, Cochrane previously held positions including Production Supervisor at AZEK Building Products and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Paradise. Prior experience as Facilities Manager at Burris Logistics involved oversight of a large refrigerated food distribution center, maintaining operational safety and compliance. Cochrane also managed solar divisions in earlier roles and served in leadership positions during military service.
