Vishal Mehra

Vishal Mehra is Chief Information Officer of GF, responsible for leading the company’s global digital transformation.

Mr. Mehra joined GF in 2025, bringing more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor IT, business and talent strategies. Most recently, he served as Global CIO at Diodes Incorporated, where he led IT strategy and execution across global business and manufacturing applications, data platforms, supply chain and infrastructure. Under his leadership, Mr. Mehra was instrumental in driving Factory 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives across Diodes’ wafer fabs and assembly and test sites and implemented the company’s enterprise-wide Data Platform strategy, integrating five ERP systems to support global sales, marketing and supply chain operations.

Prior to his career at Diodes, spent 23 years at Texas Instruments, where he held leadership roles across infrastructure, data analytics, B2B modernization, supply chain systems, and factory automation.

Vishal holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India
