Isabella Massardo

Isabella Massardo is an experienced content strategist and language professional currently serving as a Content Strategist at the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) since December 2020. In this role, Isabella focuses on enhancing content delivery and promoting various formats, including articles and webinars. Isabella also runs a copy and translation business since 1991, offering translation services from Dutch, English, and French into Italian, as well as copywriting and terminology management. Previous roles include Content Manager at Memsource, Product Manager at TAUS Academy, and Editor at The Big Wave. Isabella holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi di Parma and has completed several certifications in data management and analysis.
