Johan Botha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the language services industry. As Director at Folio Online and Folio Translation Consultants since January 2005, Johan oversees daily operations, client relationships, and the training of project managers and service providers. In the role of Head of International Clients, Johan manages complex multilingual projects for iconic brands while continuing to provide translation and localization services between English and Afrikaans. Johan is also the founder and an Executive Board Member of the Association of Language Companies in Africa, established to promote growth in the continent's language services sector. Additional roles include Director of Folio InterTel, Commissioner of Oaths for the Department of Justice in South Africa, and participation in various committees within the Globalization and Localization Association. Johan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Translation Studies and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Afrikaans and Dutch from Stellenbosch University.
