Diana Pichardo has a strong background in business intelligence and analytics. Diana worked as a Jr. Data Analyst at Bretinnas from January 2016 to August 2019, where they collected and merged data, analyzed sales and inventory data, and created visual dashboards for stakeholders. Diana then joined LUSH Cosmetics México as a BI & Financial Analyst from August 2019 to October 2020, where they utilized statistical methods to forecast and plan for income, expenses, budget, and acquisitions. Diana significantly reduced the product forecast purchasing deviation during their time there. Diana went on to work at Globalization Partners, first as a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst from October 2020 to January 2022, and then as a Business Intelligence Manager starting in January 2022. In their current role, they lead a team of analysts, data scientists, and interns, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and translating technical findings into actionable insights for different audiences.
Diana Pichardo obtained a CAE Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2013. Diana completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at El Colegio de México from 2014 to 2018. Following that, in 2018-2019, Diana participated in an Academic Exchange program at Sciences Po Grenoble, where they focused on Economics. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, they attended the University of Bath and pursued an MSc in Business Analytics with a specialization in Data Science. Additionally, Diana has completed the Analyzing Data With Python certification offered by IBM.
