Jackie Hausler-Hines

Jackie Hausler-Hines has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Globalization Partners, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at ADP for a significant portion of their career, starting in 1985.

During their time at ADP, Jackie held various roles and demonstrated a strong track record of success. From 1997 to 2019, they served as a Global Sales Manager, where they partnered with multinational corporations to enhance compliance with multi-country payroll, HR, and time & attendance legislation. Through their efforts, clients were able to reduce statutory compliance risks, increase business process efficiencies, and minimize operating expenses.

Before their role as a Global Sales Manager, Jackie held positions such as National Accounts District Sales Manager and Business Consultant in the Major Accounts & National Accounts Divisions. In these roles, they developed and executed sales strategies, closed sales by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and connected customers' business needs with ADP products and services. Jackie consistently exceeded sales goals, earning recognition such as ADP Crystal & PACE Awards.

Prior to their sales-focused roles, Jackie worked as an Account Executive and Solution Center Consultant at ADP. In these positions, they successfully managed payroll and HR implementation projects, collaborated with clients to analyze existing systems, and provided support to external customers regarding ADP products and services.

Jackie Hausler-Hines is currently pursuing an MS in Human Resources from the New York Institute of Technology, a program they began in 2009. Before that, Jackie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Additionally, they hold certifications in Zumba from Zumba and is in the process of obtaining re-certifications in Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the American Payroll Association and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, respectively.
