Maritza Gerde

Maritza Gerde has a diverse work experience in treasury and finance. Maritza currently holds the position of Vice President Treasury at Globalization Partners since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Genesys from 2018 to 2022 as an Assistant Treasurer, where they managed treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management. Maritza also held the responsibility for AP and T&E. Before Genesys, Maritza served as the Director of Treasury at Allegion, PLC from 2016 to 2018, overseeing all treasury operations globally for a publicly traded company. Prior to that, they worked as the Treasury Manager at both Allegion, PLC from 2014 to 2016 and at Brightpoint from 2010 to 2012. At Brightpoint, they were responsible for cash transfers, accounting activity, compliance of credit facilities, and project management for the implementation of SWIFT and a new treasury workstation. Maritza began their career as a Treasury Analyst at Brightpoint from 2006 to 2010, where they handled cash transfers, drove banking integration for acquisitions, and streamlined Treasury policies and procedures for North American entities.

Maritza Gerde pursued their education at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
