Nicholas Potter

Nicholas Potter is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Employment Counsel - APAC and previously as Associate Employment Counsel - APAC at G-P/Globalization Partners since September 2021. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as Senior Government Lawyer at the Attorney-General's Department and at the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business, focusing on workplace law and legal frameworks. Additional experience includes roles as a contractor with the Commonwealth Ombudsman, solicitor at Porters Lawyers and Streten Masons Lawyers, and various legal assistant and trainee solicitor positions. Nicholas holds a Masters of Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, as well as a degree from James Cook University.
