Parnika Joel

Parnika Joel has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Parnika is currently working as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at G-P/Globalization Partners. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specifically focusing on leadership hiring. In this role, they conducted research, created innovative strategies, and utilized various sourcing strategies and channels to build a strong talent pool.

Before their time at Meta, Parnika worked at Belzabar Software Design India Private Limited as the Manager HR (Talent Acquisition). Parnika successfully delivered 90% of the hiring target and utilized multiple sourcing strategies to provide high-quality candidates.

Parnika also gained experience as an HR Executive at Symmetrical Management Consulting, where they focused on IT and non-IT recruitments. Additionally, Parnika had a brief stint as an HR Trainee at Omaxe Ltd.

Parnika Joel's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Apeejay School of Management. This education was completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Parnika completed an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences, Deemed University, Allahabad, from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Parnika has obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting and Virtual Recruiting from LinkedIn in November 2022.
