Rana Samani

RaNa Samani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. RaNa currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits Strategy at G-P/Globalization Partners since October 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving the global benefits strategy and creating a world-class benefits experience for the company's employees and clients worldwide.

Prior to their current role, RaNa worked at ADP for a significant period of time. From February 2016 to October 2022, they served as a Senior Client Services Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, managing, and developing staff, as well as managing client escalations and retention strategy. RaNa also played a key role in enhancing best practices and setting strategic direction for the company.

Before their role as a Senior Client Services Manager, RaNa worked as an Implementation Specialist/Lead at ADP from November 2006 to January 2016. In this role, they gained expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR fundamentals and demonstrated their in-depth knowledge of ADP products and services.

Earlier in their career, RaNa worked at SIRE Technologies as a Project Leader-Implementation Specialist from June 2005 to October 2006. RaNa also gained experience as a Computer Lab Technician at Salt Lake Community College from January 2002 to May 2005.

RaNa's career also includes a role as a System Engineer at Convergys Call Centre from June 2004 to 2005. In this position, they generated and analyzed reports on the performance of Cisco's partners and resellers, designed Cisco networks, and provided technical information and solutions to customers.

Lastly, RaNa's earliest work experience was as a Supervisor/Office Manager at Kavyan Inc from January 1999 to June 2000. In this role, they supervised resource allocation, trained and mentored new hires, resolved conflicts, and managed administrative tasks.

Throughout their career, RaNa has showcased strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in areas such as global benefits strategy, client services, implementation, and technical support.

RaNa Samani completed an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College from 2001 to 2003. Following this, Samani pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Weber State University from 2004 to 2005. Later on, Samani attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in OneMBA from 2008 to 2010.
