Sophie M. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Sophie began their career as an Event Marketing Intern at G Hotel Malaysia in 2009. In 2010, they joined Dell as a CRM Support, where they received accolades for their outstanding support and enhancements to business processes. Sophie then moved to IHS Markit in 2016, starting as an APAC Sales Operations team member before transitioning to the role of Global Commissions, where they managed sales incentives and communicated claim status to claimants. Sophie joined Globalization Partners in 2020 as a Partner Operations Specialist, where they are responsible for designing, monitoring, and measuring initiatives with the APAC Partner Team and working closely with Revenue Ops. Additionally, they manage business enhancement processes and follows best practices in database management and channel processes. Overall, Sophie has gained comprehensive experience in operations, sales support, and marketing throughout their career.
