Zita Harkin

Zita Harkin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Zita started their career at Raytheon UK in 2000 as a Software Engineer and later held positions as System and Software Requirements Manager and Authority, and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2010, they joined Allstate Northern Ireland where they worked as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Team Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Manager. Zita'sresponsibilities at Allstate included establishing projects and initiatives, driving project execution, representing the program in governance and compliance forums, mentoring project managers, and assessing project health. Currently, they are working as a Principal Product Program Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners.

Zita Harkin has a diverse educational background. From 1992 to 1996, they attended the University of Ulster and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After a break, they continued their education in 2020 and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Msc Innovation in FinTech Financial Technologies from Atlantic Technological University in 2022.

In addition to their formal degrees, Zita Harkin has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they received the PRINCE2® certification from APMG-International. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they earned the SAFe® Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. More recently, in 2023, they completed the Measure What Matters (Blinkist Summary) certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Zita Harkin holds a Diploma in Education Practice: ICT Skills, which they obtained in 2006 from the Joint Examination Board.
