Bohdana Korchak

Bohdana Korchak has over 16 years of experience in various HR roles at GlobalLogic, currently serving as the Vice President of Global People Services, focusing on shared services, HR technology, and global process alignment since July 2016. Prior to this, Bohdana held multiple positions including Associate Vice President of the People Transformation Office and Chief of Staff for People Operations. From June 2007 to May 2016, Bohdana served as Director of Global People Operations, Director of Core Recruiting, and Director of People Development, contributing to HR frameworks, salary frameworks, policy development, and HR system integrations. Earlier roles include HR Analyst and HR Data Manager, emphasizing data management and compensation framework development. Bohdana holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
