Kateryna Nikolaienko

Kateryna Nikolaienko is a Project Manager at GlobalLogic, where they manage multiple development teams and handle finance management, team metrics analysis, and career development for engineers. Previously, Kateryna worked at Avid Technology as a Team Lead and Senior Software Test Engineer, where they led teams, managed processes, and contributed to software testing and quality assurance. Kateryna also served in logistics management at Euroset, analyzing sales data and preparing reports. They hold an Honours Master's degree in Information and Measurement Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
